How to add this template to your project
- From within your gridmo project, open the flow dropdown and select 'Add flow'.
- Select the template you want to use and click 'Add to project'.

Background
This template is not based on any formal requirements published by Western Power as of 7 August 2026. Instead, it has been developed based on AEMO's DMAT requirements for PSS®E and PSCAD™, with tests that would ordinarily be performed in PSS®E adapted for execution in PowerFactory.
It is understood that Western Power is currently planning the WEM DMAT and intends to leverage AEMO's NEM DMAT framework.
Once the official WEM DMAT requirements are released, gridmo will update this template to align with the published requirements.
"Table 22 DMAT" refers to a subset of DMAT known as ""Minimum Mandatory DMAT"" and represents a "list of minimum mandatory tests". "Full DMAT" refers to completing all of DMAT. The gridmo template can be configured to run either "Table 22 DMAT" or "Full DMAT" by enabling/disabling loops - noting that the Loop Variable $l_is_full_or_t22 has been created to distinguish Table 22 (T22) tests easily.
For the complete documentation for each test (including tests and methodology), please see the AEMO Dynamic Model Acceptance Tests (DMAT) docs page.
