Cannot launch Powerfactory due to missing local account

Description:

This error indicates that a manual one-time setup is required to enable Powerfactory to be used with the gridmo Engine.

Potential fixes:

To resolve this error, please follow the steps below:

  1. Create a gridmo local account within Powerfactory
    • Open Powerfactory
    • Click Tools -> Switch User
    • Select the Administrator account
    • After Powerfactory has reloaded, click Administration -> User Management -> User Manager
    • Click Add User
    • Enter gridmo as the User name and Full name -> click OK
    • Switch back to the original account: Click Tools -> Switch User
    • Close Powerfactory
