External grid control data is selected without any specified modes (volt/freq/angle)

Description:​

This warning indicates that you have selected "Control Thévenin equivalent source" for a Node on the web-app, but have not specified which parameter(s) you want to control (voltage, frequency, or angle).

To use the Thévenin equivalent control feature, you must specify what parameter you want to control and provide the corresponding data.

Possible impact:​

  • The simulation will run, but no control will be applied to the Thévenin equivalent source.

Potential fixes:​

To resolve this warning and complete your Thévenin equivalent source control configuration:

  • Edit the Node settings: Open the settings for this Node, select Define simulation and select either Voltage, Frequency, or Angle.
  • Provide data: Ensure that you have also provided the corresponding time-series data for each selected control parameter.
